With a commitment to enhancing customer experience and providing maximum satisfaction to MG vehicle owners, MG dealerships nationwide are launching the service program “MG You Drive – MG Care Takes Care”, accompanied by numerous attractive offers in September & October 2023.

Time and scope of application

The service customer care program officially takes place from September 15, 2023 to October 15, 2023, applicable to all MG vehicle models currently and previously distributed officially in the Vietnamese market. The contents include free vehicle inspection along with many service discount offers. Customers also receive attractive gifts such as maintenance vouchers or T-shirts. Specifically as follows:

1. Free vehicle inspection & 10% discount on service invoices

The professional technician team will inspect vehicles free of charge for customers. The program applies at all authorized MG Dealerships nationwide. This helps ensure that the vehicle is always in safe operating condition and functions at its best. MG encourages users to proactively perform periodic vehicle checks according to the maintenance schedule or before and after long journeys. At the same time, customers who undergo repairs and maintenance during this period will also receive a 10% discount. The promotional rate is applied directly to the total service invoice.

2. Gifts and service vouchers for the next maintenance/repair visit

Each customer will not only receive a free vehicle inspection and a 10% discount on maintenance service fees, but will also receive a Service Voucher worth 600,000 VND for their next maintenance or repair visit. This is a great opportunity for MG car owners to perform periodic maintenance checks. The program also brings many very attractive gifts.

Instructions on steps to participate and receive gifts

The steps to participate easily are as follows:

Step 1: Take a photo at an MG Dealership, inside the service workshop area, or together with a technician or service advisor. The image must clearly include the MG brand logo.

Step 2: Upload the photo to your personal Facebook page.

Step 3: The post must include 4 hashtags: #MG #MGVietnam #MG(DealerName) #MGbanlaiMGCarelo.

In addition, as a token of gratitude, MG dealerships will give each customer a Castrol T-shirt when performing a service that includes an engine oil change (*).
